31Frankfurt am Main, December 28, 2020

TubeSolar AG, Augsburg, a developer and manufacturer of patented photovoltaic thin-film tubes, based on the renown OSRAM/Ledvance-technology and primarily to be used in the agricultural sector has successfully placed its Capital Increase with subscription rights (ratio 10:1) at a price of EUR 6.00 per new share. Unsubscribed new shares were offered to institutional investors in a private placement which was subsequently oversubscribed. Bankhaus Scheich, which acted as bookrunner, in the process tapped new groups of investors for the company which focus on sustainability, technology and/or SmallCap opportunities.

The proceeds from the capital increase will be used in particular to finance the development of highly automated production and the further growth of TubeSolar AG, including a possible acquisition of an equity stake.

Trading Charity 2020 with record sum

At this year’s Trading Charity on 07 December 2020, a record donation sum was achieved. Together with Deutsche Börse and eight other securities trading banks (“specialists”) that are also active on the Frankfurt trading floor, Bankhaus Scheich donated €166,000 to charitable organizations.

The “Trading Charity – Handeln und Helfen” campaign supported a total of four institutions:

  • Hilfe für krebskranke Kinder Frankfurt e.V.
  • Verein zur Förderung der Jugendhilfe und Erwachsenenbildung e.V. (Möwe Jonathan)
  • Frankfurter Tafel
  • Make-A-Wish Deutschland

The donation amount is derived from the transaction and trading fees received by the Frankfurt Stock Exchange trading venue on December 7. Investors trading shares, bonds, funds, ETFs, ETCs or ETNs on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on December 7 therefore supported all institutions simultaneously.

We look forward to the next Charity Day in 2021!
