Head of Finance (m/f/d) Frankfurt am Main, Germany
Tradias is a fast-growing, innovative crypto and digital assets startup looking for a Head of Finance to join our team. The Head of Finance will work closely with the CEO and the CFO and will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our company’s goals. The Head of Finance will also manage all aspects of financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance industry with a proven track record of successful financial management in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Your Tasks:
Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy and planning, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business plan and strategic direction
Oversee and manage company finances, including forecasting, budgeting, and capital raising
Develop and monitor reliable control systems to preserve the company’s assets and report accurate financial results
Ensure the company’s financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation
Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future
Engage with companies’ stakeholders including investors, financial institutions, the regulator and auditor
Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
Implement operational best practices and drive the company’s financial planning
Work closely with the CEO and other key members of the executive team to create, coordinate, and evaluate strategic initiatives
Your Profile:
University degree with a background in Finance, Accounting or comparable qualifications
Solid track-record of at least three years of operational finance, investment banking or buyside experience
Solid knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge and experience of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency industry is a plus
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Able to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
Quick comprehension as well as a confident and sovereign appearance
Team spirit, high level of commitment and initiative
Highly ethical and reliable, with an ability to maintain confidentiality
