Working Student IT Service Desk / IT Operations (m/f/d) Frankfurt am Main, Germany

Your tasks:

Office IT

• Support with the installation and configuration of IT end devices as well as handover with instruction for new employees
• Assist in the maintenance of the asset management system and creation of knowledge base articles.

IT Ops

• Incident acceptance, error analysis and troubleshooting, supported by a ticket system as well as by colleagues from second level support
• Creation and maintenance of user authorizations
• Monitoring of productive systems and analysis of performance metrics

Your profile:

• Studying IT or business informatics
• Experience in the area of IT Service Desk
• Initial experience of Office 365 and Active Directory
• Experience with Python
• Knowledge and experience working with AWS/Cloudwatch and/or Grafan would be beneficial
• High level of comprehension with an affinity for problem analysis
• Excellent knowledge of German and English
